No Heat at Idle
1999 Disco 2 129k miles
It's been cold very cold. Not getting heat at idle but I am getting proper temperature in engine.
Some water swishing noises heard lately, should I do a flush?

Search for "How to Properly Bled Cooling System" and follow the directions. Sounds like you have air in the system. ave you done any maintenance on the cooling system recently?
From cold (referring to engine temperature).
Open bled screw, remove coolant reservoir from housing, remove coolant reservoir cap, hold it above the engine and allow system to 'burp' any excess air. Sometimes, it helps to elevate the front wheels.

And, after bleeding the system, check the coolant every morning before a cold start, it it keeps dropping and the gurgles come back then someone needs to do a coolant pressure test to find your coolant leak and fix it.
