Yeah, but that costs a lot more. I buy full strength and cut it 50/50 with distilled water, then just keep a gallon mixed up.
The last I bought, after a $1 per gallon rebate for 2 gal of the full strength, cost me $11 total, including the water, for 4 gallons.
But then I'm a cheap SOB

I am also going to check with my local import shop and see what they say.
Hey Wolf...read page 118 again...you are incorrect...you are quoting Td5 specs...we only have NAS V-8's here in the states...if your local import shop is not quoting from the RAVE than I would not trust...the RAVE is what the dealers use.

If you used my instructions on how you obtained your current RAVE...then no, you have the most current and up to date RAVE.

Thats fine for people like you and I but the average person who does not know better or does not know that you must use distilled water should use the premixed stuff.
Remember the guy in the DI section this last winter who used straight coolant and his system froze an he drove the truck and fried his engine?
People like that need the 50/50.
I just bought 2 gal of Prestone 50/50 with a free gallon of de-icer washer solvent for $12 after rebate.

Wolf...seriously? Please read your posts again...you wrote 13 liters and clearly quoted from the Td-5 section...

...pg 119 RAVE: "The overall anti-freeze concentration should not fall,
by volume, below 50% to ensure that the anticorrosion
properties of the coolant are maintained.
Anti-freeze concentrations greater than 60% are not
recommended as cooling efficiency will be impaired."

Default I just checked page 118, you are still incorrect...

My 10 year old can do this math:

1 pint equals .125 gallons
1 pint equals .473 liters

therefore, 26.2 pints equals 12.39 liters, not 13 liters...

and 26.2 pints equals 3.275 gallons, not 3.434 gallons

I just checked page 118, you are still incorrect...
