Default No Power to fuel pump

Hey everyone, just bought a 2003 disco II. It has no power to the fuel pump and only 6.7 volts at the relay - not sure where to go from here. Please don't tell me it has anything to do with the bad brake pedal switch. I'm replacing it. I have swapped relays, checked all fuses, and bypassed the inertia switch - in need of help.

At the fuel pump

Thanks for your help in advance.

After resetting the fuel cut-off - it was weird I did not have to press it very much - I now have 11.9 volts at the pump when cranking. Guess I need a fuel pump.

I’m not sure why you think you need a fuel pump, it sounds like the problem was no power to the fuel pump. You reset the Inertia switch and then it worked? Maybe I’m not understanding your last post but it sounds like you’ve solved your problem?
