Reset inertia switch, just in case.

Fuel pump will only run for a few seconds at cranking, just enough to pressurize system, when engine runs power is returned to fuel pump. If someone turns key (not to crank) can you hear pump for a few seconds?

Can you feel relay engage in the underhood box?

You can use a volt meter to do a quick check, remove fuse 10 in the underhood box. Meter for voltage across the socket of the fuse. Should be zero volts with truck off. Turn key on, if fuel pump relay engages, the meter will read 12 volts or so (it is reading from + battery through realy contacts thru pump to ground.

I will get volt meter today, and try to get reading from the fuel pump harness,
I saw something about bypassing the inertia switch, just be to clear inertia switch is in engine compartment on front of the passenger seat, with rubber top right? how to bypass? simply unplug and direct connect to polls?

Should be the two outer posts. I used a short piece of wire to jump the two together. Just a thought r u sure CPs was installed with spacers between nuts and sensor? I put mine in the other way and spent a week chasing this very same problem. Other idea is move the fuel relay to abother circuit and swap in a known good relay.

For me it seems natural to install spacers between block and sensor but they don't. The sensor goes flush against the block and spacers go on between the sensor and the nuts
