Default O2 Sensor and P0133

Hello all. Been trying to pass inspection here in NY for a few months now and finally down to my last code. At first is was p0134 which was no activity from the o2 sensor in bank 1 sensor 1. I went ahead and got myself a Bosch sensor and had it replaced from the shop since it was there for another job, might as well. Anyways the car was supposed to be good for inspection and I needed to drive it a few cycles so it can clear its “self test”. Low and behold, check engine light again and this time it’s p0133 (slow response from bank 1 sensor 1) I’m really just not trying to throw more n more money at it as I’m just so frustrated. I went ahead and voltage tested the battery and it’s good. This is the only thing holding up the inspection. Any thoughts or ideas to get this o2 sensor where it needs to be? I appreciate it

Swap the sensors left to right and see if the code follows it.
