99% of all 4-wire O2 sensors are exactly the same except different connectors.
I always install cheapest O2 sensors (about $20). I cut wires and splice old connector. Some Toyotas have different O2 sensors.
To make connector switching easier all Bosch sensors have the same sensors wires. I have a table of wire colors for all manufacturers.
You can check old sensor using torch and multi meter. Find instructions on internet.

do not use universal o2's this isn't a toyota, do not use the after market from AB 02's a lot of people have problems with them. I got oem off amazon for like $59.00 plugged them in and never looked back.

I did mine with bosch from rock auto (good prices, and they are better at shipping to Canada than a lot of ebay types).
Really improved my milage.
However took me two eight hour days to get them in and out.
My hint: with the plugs, it's first it comes off the metal clip that attaches to the truck and then the two parts of the plug come apart. The best option is to train a spider monkey to do this for you as it is near impossible without two hands and there's no way to get adult human arms into the required positions.

And these are the tools you'll need to do the job (without the spider monkey):

Wow. I did mine with some PB Blaster, offset O2 sensor socket, 1/2" breaker bar. The one that was the hardest was the drivers side upstream, there isn't much room.

Oh yeah, if I had it to do over, I'd defiantly get the O2 Sensor Socket. I went to buy one but my local Canadian Tire sucks...
Mine were seriously seized, took everything I could to get them off, hence the torch, the punk buster and the plumber's wrench with the steel rod attached.
Almost every attempt to undo anything on this truck ends up this way, I suspect it spent some time in ocean water. Regrets; I have a few…

The offset socket is key. I tried a standard O2 sensor socket. It was junk. It felt like the socket was opening up when I applied torque. It didn't fit the sensor well at all. My offset socket is for a 1/2" drive, it t is very solid and has two positions you can put a 1/2" drive in. They are 45 deg apart. Very useful in tight spots.

I used the offset socket and bosch 02 sensors. bought both from Amazon and no problems. I was lucky, mine all came out with not much trouble.

Default Bosch

I just bought 4 Bosch o2 sensors from O'Reilly yesterday. The upstream ones were 75 each and the down stream were 65 each. They made a huge performance boost when I installed them on my last disco.
