Default OBD II codes

Hello All.

Did a search of forums and was surprised to find no matches for "OBD". I searched the net and found OBDII codes for Disco 1's, but came up empty handed for Disco II's. Are they the same?

If not, does anyone have the OBDII codes for a 01 Disco?

Thanks in advance

PS I'm buying my first LR tomorrow for (what I believe) is a heck of a deal. I'll post pictures and info after I get her home!

I would suggest that since you have no idea about OBD2 codes that before you try and fix something you run the code numbers by us.
Hopefully you have picked up on the fact that nearly OBD2's codes are the same for most vehicle.
My concern is that till you figure out how the codes work together you may waste a lot of money.

Yeah I know that OBD2 codes are same for most vehicles, just didn't know about the foreign (Global codes). Now I do.

I have a P0441 code which I've researched a bit and it appears it could be one of many things . I'm going to have it looked at by the garage and see what they can trace it to.

Thanks for the concern/help.

441 is an incorrect purge flow, probably start with testing the purge valve.
