Default Obd port problem

So never had problems connecting my scanner now it won't connect. I wiggle it a little to briefly get power to scanner but then it still won't connect. Any suggestions?

Check the pins. Probably spread to far.

Yep. If that doesn't clear it up then try spraying some electrical parts cleaner. Might be some corrosion that needs cleaning out.

What do I need to do if the pins are spread out? Just straighten them or something.

Opposite actually. The pins on the OBD2 port are female. They need to be pushed back together. A long thin pick may work, or a pin terminal tool may work better.
