...Thanks Motorhead1, I do have the tool to remove the fan, but I was thinking I needed another one to access the seal. I'll check the forum and see what surfaces, thanks! ;-]#

I use a strap wrench similar to this to hold the harmonic balancer in order to loosen the bolt.
