Default Oil cooler hoses still available?

I have an oil cooler hose leaking at the quick disconnect. It has about 360000 miles on it so I'm looking to replace it. But I can't find any place that still stocks them. Strangely the transmission hoses are still available. Can someone suggest where I should look?

360K!!!

I've had success by replacing the O ring in the quick disconnect.

In case someone else is looking for those hoses the part numbers are PBP101100 for the driver's side and ESR4626 for the passenger side.

I wasn't able to find any replacements for sale so I decided to see if I could replace the O-rings. Turns out there are 2 O-rings in the quick disconnect with a thin plastic washer in between. The high temp O-rings I picked up at the auto parts store were not the exact size. (Tan ones in the picture) If I put 2 new rings in I was not able to get the connector on the cooler. Using an old ring and a new ring seems to work.

Old and new O-rings

Where the O-rings sit in the quick disconnect

As a replacement 14 mm compression fittings work.
