When I installed mine, I used the extra port to plug in my good mechanical testing ga.

I found my actron electric to be off by 5#'s low.

I calibrated it, you might want to check your ga. against a known good mechanical.

I can also use my 100# testor on the fuel rail for pump/regulator press.
