I think those guys who cut open oil filters have WAY to much time on their hands, but hey, whatever, each to their own.

Haha! For sure. If I had the time and money I would love to but I'll take it one fix at a time for now.

Wow, I never would of thought a filter would make that much difference. I have used FRAM toughguards/ultraguards on all of my standard vehicles and only used a premium filter on my high performance builds.

Needless to say, I'll never buy another FRAM or allow the house filter at an oil change shop.
