I have that little voice saying you didn't break in the cam right but I did have her run between 1500-3000 rpms (mostly 2000-3000) for a half hour so I guess I should ignore the voice
They do eventually (that's what "adaptive" means) but you might have some lumpy running and low mpg in the meantime.
I'm in the final stages of my own reassembly, and I noticed that there is a slight difference between the two idler wheels for the serpentine belt but I forgot to mark them when I disassembled. I don't know if this difference is critical in any way. Do you have any guidance you can share?

I thought you said that there were 2 different size ones and you needed to know which one went where because you didn't keep track
No, I said there was a slight difference. I didn't say size. One of them has a grommet/washer behind it, and the rotating mechanism is slightly different between the two of him. They appear to be exactly the same diameter though.
ahh ok well I had two different size pullies
So I'm assuming when I moved the condenser around to remove the old cam and install the new one, I created a leak. The AC clutch is not engaging. I did the check for error codes on the HVAC display and none are listed. Shouldn't I have a low refrigerant error?
