Default Outside rear view mirrors

2000 Discovery II.
Outside rear view mirrors left and right will not motor or adjust.
Is there a fuse some where? I can not see one listed in owners manual.
If there is no fuse for the mirrors, is there a way to test the switch, by by passing it?
Thanks for any help.

Fuse 30, 21, 31 under dash. See page 35 of 152 in D2 circuits manual. Learn your way among the pages of the RAVE, world famous as the guide to Rovers A'int Very Economical.
