I just changed the head gaskets, water pump, and thermostat and after about 5 to 10 min of driving it starts to overheat. I used stopleak before replacing it so I'm not sure if that managed to clog the radiator. There is no coolant leaking and I'm the coolant level stays the same.
Not sure what else it could be, any ideas?

 

The stopleak is no good for the radiator that is for sure. However, air in the system is the most common cause. Fully bleeding the system can be more of a challenge sometimes. What method did you use? One way to determine if all the air is out is to open the bleed screw when the engine is stone cold, in the morning. If you can add any coolant into the bleed hole, then you have displaced a small quatitiy of air. Do this every morning until you can no longer add any coolant. If that doesn't help, then fully flush out your entire system, rebleed and recheck the bleed hole cold.

 

I opened the bleed screw then lifted the reservoir above the engine and added coolant till it came out

 

Repeat that about 3 times

 

I bleed it and it is still overheating. I have a cheap thermostat so that may be the problem but I really dont know

 

Turns out the water pump hose and upper hose were on reversed so that was the problem

 

This is probably common with all the people overheating here. Lolololol.
