P0174 and P0171

106k, rebuilt heads, lifters, timing chain, oil pump, 180 stat, rotella 15-40
Getting the P0174 and P0171 combo, Mixture adaption Factor FRA. I am testing the fuel pressure as i suspect the fuel pump to be going out or a leaky injector. My question is what values should i be getting. Is there a value for position 2 on ignition and another value for running etc? I've looked at the RAVE and just see the 50psi running. I'm trying to rule fuel pump injectors out before i smoke test it. Does this sound like the appropriate sequence or do you all have a different suggestion.
