Default parking breake vibration

I have a 2003 disco 80 k and have had it for 6 months now.

Is it possible for the parking breake to be out of balance and vibrate when accelerating?
I can feel it on the wheel very slightly when accelerating but since it is on the rear DS and very close to the transfer box could it actually make the transfer box fail along with shooting the front drive shaft?

Could these be the cause of all these to fail ?
I have been trying to repair these car for six months now and if it is not the DS its the transfer case or the U Joints ... I have replaced all of these allong with shocks , weel hubs cv joints and all these guessing is very expensive ... I am at a 4x4 expert now who sais its the parking breake or the transfer case all of the other posibilities seem OK ( they are all new ).

Please give me some advise.

"NO"t
If you have a vibration first inspect your rear roto flex for cracks between the 6 bolts, the inspect the front shafts double cardon to make sure you have grease fittings on both of those two inner u-joints, replacing them if you don't and of course grease your grease fitting at least 0nce of twice a year.
