Default Passenger side Headlight Problem-No Power

I need help with the following. Appreciate suggestions.
I had to replace the plugs in the back of the headlight bulb, they were worn out. I changed the left left hand (driver side) no problem. After I replaced the plug on the right I discovered there was no power to the bulb. I checked the fuse (#22) and it was good, changed in case the fuse was bad, the problem remained. Checked power to fuse # 22, there was no power going to the fuse and it was the only fuse without power. When I started the work I know I had power to the right hand. Have wiggled the wires, nothing. Any suggestion for the next step if you would? Thank you.

Note to the admin: I searched for a similar problem, unfortunately could not find any.

Just guessing, could it be a relay?

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I did check the relay in the fuse box under the hood. With the lights on (driver side light works) pulled the relay out, the working headlight went off. Put it back in the working light came on. Somehow, I've lost power to the fuse #22 (passenger side) and do not know where to start checking for a short (I think a short would've blown the fuse thought???) or damage to the wire that goes to the fuse. Any help would be much appreciated.

Fuse 22 is high beam, fuse 10 is low beam for right side, fuse 3 is high beam, fuse 9 is low beam left side...drivers compartment fuse box. Since left side is working, and fuseable link 10 in drivers compartment fuse box controls left and right side power, l'd assume that it is good.

Just read second post, weird that you have no power at fuse 22...but other headlight works. Fuse 22 gets its power from fuseable link 10 in engine compartment fuse box, then passes through headlight switch to fusebox, I'd try cycling the ignition key a few times...the IDM in fusebox may need a moment to reset.
