Started getting a random P0441 about 8 months ago. Tested the purge valve and even though it tested fine, I went ahead and put in the Hyundai unit since it was cheap. Went away for a bit then came back around a few months ago and had to clear it every 2-3 weeks. It started coming back more frequently and this past week I would have to clear it daily. Checked the new valve today and it is fine. Then I looked in the hose running back to the canister and saw that it was a bit more than 1/2 blocked. The inner liner had separated and snuck back into the hose blocking the canister side of the valve. I cleaned it out with a pair of pliers (it was pretty stiff) and it looks like it fixed it. I will replace the hose at some point, but for now it seems to be working fine.
