Pic: Name that part! (Help ASAP please1)
Hello friends!
We're leaving the state on Thursday, and I need to get a trailer light adapter for our 2000 Rover. It came from the factory with this hook-up, and nobody I've showed it to has ever seen it (including the folks at Autozone).
I either need to have one overnighted today, or find a place locally that has one. In my search, knowing the name of this connection type would be a huge help.
Any ideas, friends?
THANKS!

I was not able to find one locally either. I had to order it. If you call, he may overnight you one(note they dont open 'til noon EST). Trevor is a pretty swell guy.

Get a hold of Millbrook trailers on 68th St and US131, that is a trailer light plug, also here in Grandville there is Grandville Trailer on 28th St and Ivanrest, Hitches by George on Division, or any of the RV shops on S. Division, all you need is a adapter, it is NOT Rover specific.
You need to go from a 7-round to a flat-4 plug, start calling, they will have it local.

You dont' even have to get rid of it. Just splice the flat 4 in to the wires coming in to the round 7 pin or buy the adapter. Then you can hook up to both set ups. That's what I did. My flat 4 is spliced. Just make sure you get the right wires spliced together. Also AutZone doesn't know what they are talking about. Last time I was in for trailer wiring (been a couple years though) they even had both the adapter and flat 4 harness. Good luck.
