Possible Heater Matrix Leak
2004 Disco II (Bosch)
I've got a coolant leak dripping straight down on the passenger catalytic converter. The passenger footwell is dry. I've searched high and low in the engine bay and have found no leaks.
Is it possible that one of the o-rings to the heater matrix is leaking but not into the footwell? Is there a drain there somewhere?
I'm avoiding doing the heater matrix. I've heard what a pain in the a$$ it is. I figure if I'm going in, I might as well put a new heater matrix in there with new o-rings.
Thoughts?

I thought it was the sunroof drain at first as well but it's definitely coolant.
Heat works. Doesn't smell in the cabin. Footwells are dry.
But it's pissing coolant on the passenger cat.
Weird, eh?

It might be a leak from the valley gasket, under the intake manifold, draining off the rear of the block. Might even be at the coolant pipe exit on front of engine block and getting onto the valley gasket and draining back.
Oh good gawd I hope not. But I'll look. Thanks for the idea. I didn't think of that.
Ha! Found it. It's just one of the hoses leading to/from the heater core. It's dripping down right before heading into the firewall. Easy fix for once.
What was the fix performed? Replacing hoses, clamps, etc?
