Default Power mirrors and heated seats not working

I understand that the power mirrors and heated seats run off of the same main circuit. The 50amp fuse for them both is good. I haven't checked the 15amp under the seat, but will tonight. Which relay would I check to make sure that they are working? Everything else works, windows, sunroof, heat/ac, etc. Is there a separate fuse for the power mirrors located somewhere other than the 50amp in the main fuse block? Any help is appreciated. Thanks. BTW, my rig is a 2000.

Ok, so I checked under the seat and all that I am seeing is a connector with two 3 amp fuses, and a 40 amp fuse. All of which are good. BTW, lights on heated seat switches come on, and looking at the diagram, they are after fuses/relay so it shouldn't be a fuse/relay problem. Are my elements toast, or do these things just take forever to warm up?
