Default Power Steering Fluid?

I need to flush my PS Fluid, 04 D2. Groaning when cold, a little low, and foamy. Valvoline synpower synthetic has been discontinued, and unavailable anywhere by me. The GM cold climate power steering fluid that has also been recommended, my local chevy dealership wants $23 per quart! Local parts store has "Bardahl" brand synthetic power steering fluid, but i think i'm just better off ordering a couple quarts of amsoil or royal purple online. Any recommendations?

I still see the Valoline at soem stores, I believe Royal purples makes synthetic p/s fluid as does Redline.
When you change the fluid out, use between 1/2 and a full bottle of Lucas p/s additive depending on how cold it gets in your area.
