Power Steering Fluid Bleed?
It all drained out that I can see. I had to remove the high pressure hose that went into the bottom of the PAS pump to remove the left cylinder head. Now I have it all together just figuring out how to refill it. I suppose it is just as simple as filling the reservoir to the top?
I bled it by loosening the bleed screw slightly and having my wife turn the wheel side to side until the air is gone. I put a tub underneath to catch the excess oil.
To change the fluid I would take out the high pressure tube from the bottom of the PAS pump and let it drain then bleed it.

So if you want to bleed the system, suck all the fluid from the reservor, refill it, turn full left and right 2 times, turn the engine off and repeat 2 more times, then on the last refill, ad 1/2 bottle of Lucas and top it off. This is a much better way to do it and you don't get fluid all over the ground.
