Probably Head Gasket
You probably got air into the coolant system from gasses entering from a bad head gasket.
As long as you replace the head gaskets, you'll probably be fine.
As long as a cylinder liner did not come loose.
Sorry this had to happen to you.
I slept in my rover for hours with the engine on and the A/C running - to save money on hotels in Boulder, CO. Hotels go up like crazy in June.

Yeah, that is just a cooked head gasket sound.
Don't drive it.
Just replace the head gasket.
Look for a groove in the block or head.
You are probably OK - but that blew out pretty quick.
I could not hear liner rap.
There is also a squeak when the engine is turned off.
Fan clutch may be ready to let go.

Good job on posting a video!
Yeah, a chunk of the head gasket is gone and the cylinder is losing compression.
You could find the cylinder with a compression test..
But, that's a waste of time.
You have heads to pull off.
Just leave the manifolds bolted to the Y pipe and take out the bolts manifolds to heads - carefully - back and forth as if you try to just remove them and they resist, then the bolts will snap.

make that a 3/8 wrench, the 1/2 inch digital I had on the bench won't go low enough for the some of the torques.
Bug spray. sports drink, and a roof is sure handy, plenty of rain delays in my project.
