Default Prop shaft install question

OK, I am getting my new GBR prop shaft tommorow. When I removed the old one a few days ago to get the last nut off the transfer case I put it in neutral and turned the shaft so I could get the socket on it. when putting it back on should I worry about doing that. Common sense says no, but hey this is a land rover and really common sense is half gone with this truck. The front was unbolted when I did this.

Just do the reverse of what you did when taking it off, no big deal. Make sure you grease the new shaft as well as the rear shaft when installing.

I don't bother, when my eggs are scrambled the markings are lost.

I do mark my yokes when rebuilding.
When replacing a propshaft with a different one, I don't.

Got it in. Works great. Almost all the front end vibration is gone. Greased the crap out of everything.

I actually set it up to grease once a month in my phone for the front when winter hits, with all the salt on the road in MN I am going to over do it. Grease is cheap.
