Pulleys
There is no alignment necessary, if you have belt problems your pulley bearings could be worn. This could cause the belt to crab off track or slip off completely. Buy a replacement belt, check the pulleys by hand for wobble/excess movement, replace worn pulleys, keep old belt as spare (if not damaged).
Bolt them on and eyeball them. Just make sure that you don't mount any of the pulleys back to front, so that they're misaligned and eat up your serpentine belt very very quickly. DAMHIK.
