Looking at a 96 SE7 for purchase. 170k. Here are the issues:

1. Paint oxidizing on hood and roof;
2. Rear A/C does not work;
3. Front dash delaminiating at windshield;
4. Needs new tires

Everything else seems to be fine -- no oil leaks, but slight power steering fluid leak (have to refill once a year accoding to seller).

Seller is asking $2500 -- I would love feedback on the price and what it would cost to repair the items above.

If the front AC works the rear may need a fan motor as they use the
same compressor.
The dash has come unglued you can get a trim set that screws in to hold
the dash in place cost $25 U.S. (Rover Connection)

The paint and tires are your call.

A LR with that many miles may have had alot of things done to keep
it going or he is selling so he will not have to spend any money.

The best bet is take it to someone and have it checked out.
