got a 2000 D2 trying to figure out a few things with it. First let me say, i have checked all fuses with test light and key turned on, and they all are good. My radio does not power up(pulled out and check fuse in back, was good and had power), my interior lights do not work( checked bulbs good), and no OBD2 scanner will power up when plugged in. Im pretty handy with a test light etc. Is there any other places there are fuses on these vehicles besides under steering wheel and in engine bay? or any other trouble shooting areas etc to check out. Thanks...

 

You may want to take that sort of problem into your favorite Rover shop to be diagnosed.

Best guess... multifunction unit, but yea.. your favorite Land Rover Dealer. I (unfortunatly don't have one)
