No, it is the Ski Slope wood veneer.
A little more involved than I had hoped and doesn't say how to actually remove the veneer. Going with it being two-sided taped down.
How do you remove the shifter **** and the transfer case **** -- again, RAV just says "remove"?

transfer case unscrews, shifter **** you put in neutral and then lift straight up. Usually very difficult if you haven't had it off in a while and don't have your face directly above it while lifting...
