Question Question about tire load index

Last night I ended up with an unrepairable puncture in one of my rear tires. Since the previous had just put 2 new rear tires on the truck and left the old front 2 and those need replacing a new set of 4 is in my future.

Since I have 18" rims I am limited to my tire selection in the stock size so I have decided to either go 255/60 or 265/60 both should fit fine with my new factory springs the previous own had the dealership install.

So I narrowed it down to a few choices
Hankook dynapro ATM rf10 255/60r18.
Or cooper discoverer ATP 265/60r18

The problem is that the hankook tires have a load index of 107 which I believe is lower than the stock tires 109 I would prefer to stick with the stock width but am I going to get in trouble with the lower load rating ? I use my truck for light trail and a camping rig it really only hauls enough equipment for the two of us for a week max about once a month in the summer. I don't really tow anything but have been know to tow a small horse trailer with 2 inside a few hours this tops out at maybe 5000lb other than that it takes me to the airport and flight school

Pricing is about the same between the two it's just the width and the load index by the way the cooper tires is a 110 if that matters

Thanks in advance for the help
