Juke,

How did you re-install the metal tube? Can you simply force-fit in without having to remove the valve cover to do so?

I shoved the tube right back into the valve cover hole without removing the cover.
Surprisingly I don't get any oil leaks around that tube area (it's been 2 years) but I guess a dab of silicone epoxy or JB Weld wouldn't hurt if I do get leaks.
