WOW, maybe BRITPART has finally changed their ways!!!!! I hope this is true, but for now still I have zero faith in that company.

I think I bought it shipped from LRDirect. I know they tend to give you a choice, I think I selected Land Rover OEM part. I tend to avoid the cheapest ones. They also state whether their components are "workshop approved" which helps.

Anyways, thanks for all the great advice!

Looks like the damper may available stateside too.

RR manual refers to it as a mass damper and has one on front axle as well.

Could it be a worthwhile mod for the D2?

Harmonics dampers, reduces any vibes ............... they say Best left alone as resonance can do damage where you wouldn't suspect.

When it comes to Rotoflex, IMO there is only one, GKN with new bush and bolts.
