I want to know how to bleed the radiator for a 1996 LR Disco 1.

Have you bled the air out of your engine yet? If not get back to me.

When the engine is cold, remove the radiator plug in the left hand side. fill the resevoir with the approppirate mixture of fluid. You may have to do this a few times to get out all the air pockets from your engine/radiator.
