Recently, my 1998 Disco sat for a few months waiting on a new fuel pump. While it was sitting, the battery went completely dead. It wasn't much to desire before (corroded terminals, old), but it got the job done.

Now that it's "back,"my radio has [CODE] on the display. I have a little card with the radio's secutiry code on it and the instructions on how to enter it. After I enter the supplied code, I get a beep and the [CODE] is still on the display and radio no worky. [&:]

Any ideas??

 

NVM, ladies. I read the friggin manual and it says if I incorrectly enter the code five times (which I did because I was just pressing buttons at first [&:]), then I need to have the ignition on with the radio on for one hour and then re-enter the code. So there
