Ok, ok, I've changed and now I can give you a better answer.
You have added more moving parts to your driveline, its going to make noise.
Make sure all four tires are at the same PSI, double check as much of your work as you can and I wouldnt really worry about it.
Mine makes random clunks too, but I expect that with almost 200k on the clock.

And for what its worth, mine has made the same clunk since I bought it with 152k on the OD.

I think you're paranoid.
You worked so hard on that truck, your now looking too hard for issues!

^^ I definitely know that feeling. I have a new prop shaft that is 6k miles old (prev owner, not greasable, oh well I will worry about it in 10k more miles). Anyways, I was driving with the windows down and started hearing a clicking noise and began having a panic attack. Picked up my phone to call the service centre, then decided to use some common sense. Pulled over, I had a huge stone in my treds.

I have found that running all four tires at the same psi reduces the clunk.
I can tell when one tire is low by the sound of my clunk.
