Default Re-tightening bolts after HG

I have about 2000 miles on a motor after a HG job. I am noticing an exhaust leak on the starboard side and was gonna crawl in there to tighten things up. Is there any other spots that I should look at?

Valve cover bolts - but don't overtighten.

I thought I remembered a thread about re-torqueing the intake and a few other things. Maybe not

I needed to tighten a stud in my Manifold to Y pipe, and tightened hose clamps, and double checked torque on the Exhaust and upoer intake manifolds.
