Default Rear air shocks Down

I changed the bag about 5 months ago. Have had no issue. Truck was sitting around for few weeks and would not rise now. no noise from the Pump just flat.
Although the Air bag is always a suspect but there is no noise from the the pump. wonder where would you start checking? is there a Fuse, Relay that is preventing from inflating the bags?

Appreciate your help

After some testing. There is no Power into the Compressor (all doors closed and engine running), no power into the height adjustment harness, check related fuses. I may be missing #9 Fusible link 9 - anyone know where that is?
This is very strange. Also the diagram shows only driver door is connected to the system not all doors.

Can anyone shed some light please. It's definitely power supply issue to the Compressor.

i believe that FL9 is in the fuse box under the bonnet, along with relay #10. check them both. if a fusible link blows, there is usually no visible difference between it and a good one so you will have to remove it and use a test meter or light.
