Default Rear Tire wear 99 Disco II

My tires wear on the inside of both rear tires.
I contacted an alignment center and they told me on a 99 Disco II only the front can be aligned.
My question ,is my problem shocks, tire pressure, not rotating soon enough, can all 4 wheels be aligned??
Any help will be appreciated.

yes to all your questions.

re: alignment: when I checked mine, we put a mirror device on all four wheels to laser check the relationship of all four to each other, as well as toe out on the front.

(caster/ camber is not normally adjustable unless you modify your suspension (lift kit))

i use to be an alignment tech and just by looking at it I don't see any way to adjust the rear. Maybe your rear radius arm bushings are worn out.

Your tires are not wearing while on the rear, that wear happened while on the front axle. Keep your air at 40 pounds all the way around, rotate and balance the tires every 7000 miles and you will get better wear and life from them.
