Default Rebuild swivel ***** or used axle?

My bro's '96 disco needs new swivel pins/bearings/bushing. Just going through this 4-6 months ago(with his help) we know what a P.I.T.A. it is. Not hard, just time consuming.

He found a used, 116,xxx mile whole front axle for a little less than the price of all rebuild parts.

He's thinking of going that route, as he claims the swap time would be 2hrs vs. the 6-8 to rebuild.

What you guys think?

The 116K axle will need those parts rebuilt as well, if not now then soon anyway.
