I watched some videos on rebuilding Bosch Gen 3 injectors and it looks like a snap. I want to do that when I have mine out.

I read a thread not too long ago about it and someone recommended a kit, but now I can't find the darned thing! All I can find is recommendations to buy on eBay and I can't tell which kits on eBay are the right ones (none mention land rover).

Can someone point me in the right direction?

 

When I rebuilt my injectors I used this kit.

Use a screw to help pull/take out the old filter baskets. I'm always keeping random screws and bolts so I had a whole bucket to go through and found a screw that worked best. I clamped the screw in some vise grips to make is easier to pull on and very carefully worked it out.

I even bought an injector pulse tester and ultra-sonic cleaner to really clean my injectors out. I also made a home-made setup to flow test the injectors but that is all a bit over board. I made some videos when I did it. If you recognize this stuff it's because I had it posted on here once before under another name, it might be the thread you are looking for.
