My remote will lock all doors except drivers door when lock button on remote is pushed once and will lock all doors including drivers door when pushed twice. But when I hit the unlock button once or twice it unlocks all the doors but the driver's door, I have to manually unlock it. When I dont use the remote for locking or unlocking and just use the key, they all lock and unlock just fine. Any ideas why this would be?

needs a new door latch.

you have to take off the door handle, the door trim, and remove the door frame and raise it enough to clear the latch to remove it.

and you have to put the frame back in the right place or else it leaks
