Removing the crankshaft sensor. Help
You can remove the bolt that holds the Crank Position Sensor plug/metal attaching bracket to the head. You should be able to get this bolt off using an open end wrench probably 1/2 or 9/16. I will say it is difficult to see and the factory bolt for some reason is much longer than it needs to be, almost an 1" long and doesn't need to be more than a 1/2 in in length so I've replaced.
This will allow you to pull the wiring down from underneath the engine and actually see the connector to unplug.
You shouldn't need to disconnect anything.

Y pipe is going down. After removing old sensor and placing new one I was unable to reach the two plug's end to get them connected. It is so frustrating. Y pipe will go down tomorrow (I should say will try to get it down).
Thank you so much for your replies.

Ok just an update. Y pipe went down (easier than expected) so I got more room to play with the plug. It was still a pita to reach and plug it but now it is done.
Thank you to all
