Default Replacement water pump

What company make the best water pump for replacement. I figured might at we'll get that done while I got easy access and gonna have the radiator cleaned to make sure I don't need a new one. By the way never had an overheating problem just some preventative Maitenance while I'm doing the head gasket job.

A new radiator is 100-150 online and I'd just replace it vs attempt to clean it. As long as the water pump has a metal impeller you should be fine. I've used Airtex, GMB, and Gates with no issues.

I've been checking them, lucky 8, eBay, etc just didn't know if members had better luck with certain brands over others or even if there was an option for a high volume pump

I was looking at either the Meyle or Gates water pump for my V8. I bought the Meyle STC4378MY.
