Replacing brake servo vacuum hose

First:
Atlantic British has 2 different vacuum hoses. One for with SAI and One for without SAI. Both pictures look the exact same but the one with SAI is $60 and the one without is $17. Of course I need the more expensive of the two
so my questions is: Is there a big enough difference in the two that I have to get the more expensive one or will the $17 one work?--Mike
