Replacing front and rear window regulators...
Ok guys. I'm left scratching my head now. I replaced the right front regulator and all went well. Turns out the right rear window motor was also bad so I ordered it and it arrived today. The problem is that the old motor had a plug connected directly to the motor itself that allows me to just simply unplug the motor. The new motor has no such plug. The wires are fixed going into the motor and has a plug at the other end. I called the sales tech and he told me just to follow the wires inside and I'd see a plug to connect the plug that is attached to the new motor. I don't see such plug. What am I missing here? I'm posting two photos. One of the old motor and one of the new motor where you can see the red and blue wiring going directly into the motor[IMG]

2 wires going to the motor, and 2 wires coming from the new motor. Looks like you'd have to do some splicing to install, which is easy but then you'd lose your plug-in style connection should you need to replace it again.
That's what I told the sales tech but then he said firmly "DONOT CUT ANYTHING. Just follow the wires to the plug.
Could it be that some 03's had this style motor?

What does the OTHER end of the wire lead to? Is there another plug on the other end? I'm just guessing as I've not done this on this car yet.
The other end of the original wire just splices into the other wires that connect the speakers and the power door lock. There is no other plug just for the window motor that I can see or find.
Mine doesn't have that C0304 connector. It just has the motor wiring splicing into the other group of wires that run to the door lock and the other end splits off to the speaker wires. This is really bugging me. Is there a way to test the motor to make sure it is in fact bad?
