Yup! Exactly what I needed. Just about done rebuilding the injectors, have to remove those 2 broken bolts, then everything goes back together....

Not as brave as you MPDano....only doing the bare necessities. I thought about the valley pan and valve cover gaskets "while I'm in there", but chances are I will make something worse and they dont appear to need to be changed right now.

Spark Plugs and wires were the only additional things I did.

That valley, etc can be a source of leaks too. The valve covers were just a while I was in there, plus they were in the kit I bought.

Quick update.....

Left hand drill bit no workey for broken fuel rail bolts. Looks like I will have to drill them out and Helicoil it. Will probably do it over the weekend. Simple original job turning into a PIA!

Nothings simple when working with used cars. It's more of a patience game. Keep at it.

Another question guys.....I think I pulled a boner. I realized after I had drilled out the broken bolts for the fuel rail that I hadn't plugged up the injector holes, and metal shavings from drilling went in there and I'm assuming into the combustion chamber? Am I screwed?

Fish a magnet in there, then finish with a shop vac. You should be fine.

Yup, there is a telescopic magnet pick up at harbor freight for super cheap. Then pull all the plugs out and remove the fuel pump relay and turn the car over for a few seconds, the compression will blow out the shavings out the hole.

Ok, it's all back together! Took it back and forth to work today, about 50 miles, and no CEL. Calling it a win! Thanks for everyone's help, especially MPDano!
