Yup, just pre-soak those snapped bolts with some Kroil or equivalent rust penetrant.

Thanks guys!
Another quick question about the fuel injectors. When I remove them to replace the seals, do they need to stay with their respective cylinder, or can they go back in any order?

Yup. You'll see in my pics I didn't mark any of them. I would do the cleaning and spray test as I have done before putting them back in though.

Ok more questions....the injector seal kit I got includes new filters (see pic). The instructions talk about putting a screw into the injector to remove the old "filter basket" and then insert the new filter.

Have you guys done this? Or should I just replace the 2 rubber seals and be done with it?

Those instructions sound about right. If you got filters, then I would replace them. They are in there pretty good, so using a small screw is just to grab them and pull straight out. Go for it and add the pics to the thread.

The instructions with the kit are pretty lame. I'm assuming that I don't put the screw into the spray end of the injector, right?
Any idea how to replace the hat?
