my 03 had loose sleeves. I had them pinned by Master Tech in NJ, he is on this board sometimes. Beem going silently for years. Would completely recommend him for anything. He is down 295 by the shore. My other 03 also had the same noise, fairly certain same issue, temps,etc. But I sold that one.
