Roof plug ?

Just curious about the plastic plug on the roof behind the "sniper hatch" or the rear sunroof? What is it for?

I just looked inside my "donor rover". I removed the headliner earlier. There is a big hold down nut holding the plug, no supporting structure for something heavy. Must be a access point for electrical accessories?
